Your security and privacy is most important to EuroSport Tuning. EuroSport
Tuning will verify the accuracy and authenticity with you for any order
shipped to an address other than the billing address of your credit
card and, on orders totalling more than $500.
Special orders - If the part or, accessory you are looking for is not
on our web site, send us an e-mail to; info@eurosporttuning.com.
If we don't have it, we can order it and get it to you
faster than anyone else.
Special orders must be prepaid and are non-returnable.
Cancelled orders - Any order that has been cancelled before it has been
shipped out may be subjected to a 5% processing fee.
Out of Stock / Back Orders
If we are out of stock on the item ordered EuroSport Tuning
will contact you providing the estimated
time (date) of arrival (ETA) and place your order on hold for back order.
Once the "back ordered" product is ready to ship, we will
e-mail you with the tracking number.
WEBSITE SECURITY:
The EuroSport Tuning.com website is secure for shopping.
All online orders submitted are encrypted during transmission making
the theft of credit card numbers virtually impossible. If you have any

TAXES, DUTY, EXCHANGE RATE
US citizens:
All website catalog pricing is in American dollars (US$)
No sales tax is charged!
For new parts, there are no custom duties for orders under $750
There are no "handling fees".
The total of your order equals the total price of the parts + shipping.
Your credit card will be charged in US dollars.
Canadian citizens:
All website catalog pricing is in American dollars (US$).
Your credit card purchase must be charged in CDN dollars.
To calculate the equivalent Canadian dollar cost simply multiply the
catalog price(s) X the current exchange rate
Current Exchange Rate: 1.35
Example: Catalog price of $220.00 USD ... 220.00 X 1.35 = $297.00 Canadian
All applicable taxes will be charged to CDN orders.
The exchange rate is subject to change please check back here for the

International citizens
All website catalog pricing is in American dollars (US$).

Parts are shipped from Canada.
No taxes or custom duties are added at the time of the purchase,

All international customer orders are sent via postal or courier depending
on the parts ordered.
Once EuroSport Tuning has received your order, we will send you an e-mail
with your options
for shipping and will include the cost of shipping and estimated time
of delivery.
RETURN(S) - POLICY:
EuroSport Tuning wants you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within
30 days of the invoice date or, within 20 days from the date you received
a
back ordered item. EuroSport Tuning reserves the right to charge a handling
/ restocking fee of 15%.

problem (reason for return) and we will issue the required "RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER" (RAN)
The returned product may be exchanged for: a store credit, a replacement
product or a refund by following the return procedure below.
NOTE:
1) Product being returned must be in saleable condition in the manufacturer's
original packaging.
2) No refund will be granted on any part that has been installed, modified
or that is not in saleable
condition in its original packaging.
3) Electrical items are not returnable.
4) No refund or return on "special orders".
Return(s) - Procedure:
When you receive the "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER"
(RAN) from customerservice@eurosporttuning.com
Clearly identify (write) the "RETURN AUTHORIZATION
NUMBER" (RAN #) clearly on the outside of the shipping container.
Make sure you pack in accordance with the carrier's requirements and
ship it to:

Note: Print your return address clearly on the outside of your package
for identification purposes.
Insure and ship the parcel prepaid.
Note: 1) All customs, duty and brokerage charges are the full responsibility
of the customer / consumer when returning items. Clearly mark on the
shipping papers that all duty or custom charges are to be paid by the
sender.
2) If an item is returned indicating EuroSport Tuning (the vendor/receiver)
is responsible for
paying any custom, duty or brokerage charges this value plus a $25.00
administration fee will be subtracted from your EuroSport Tuning Credit.
This will also delay your credit as it takes several weeks before we
receive an invoice from the shipping company
Returns sent COD or freight collect will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of your return, EuroSport Sport Tuning will promptly exchange
the item, give you a store credit or issue you a refund.
Return Exceptions:
Damaged and/or defective items have their own, return
policy.
Any item(s) not returned within the period specified above ie 30 days
from the date of the invoice or 20 days from the date you received a
back order item may be exchanged for an in-store credit only. EuroSport
Tuning reserve the right to charge a handling and restocking fee.
WARRANTY
Every product sold by EuroSport Tuning is fully backed
by a manufacturer's warranty.
Products that carry the EuroSport Tuning brand come with a minimum 1-year/12,000
mile limited warranty. The warranty period is 1 year from the date on
the invoice, to the original purchaser. In addition, all manufacturers'
extended warranties remain in effect.
EuroSport Tuning is not responsible for and will not pay for consequential,
incidental or contingent damage or expense(s) related to same.
Warranty Exclusion: Specifically not covered are items used for racing,
rallying, or off-road use and items that have been altered or improperly
installed.
Damaged / Lost In Transit
Refuse delivery acceptance of a damaged package when the
driver attempts to deliver. It is your
responsibility to inspect the package for damage upon delivery.
If a damaged package was dropped off: promptly call the shipping / courier
company; or contact EuroSport Tuning at 905.308-6959 or by e-mail with
details to customerservice@eurosporttuning.com. We will gladly assist
you with filing a claim.
When in stock, we will promptly replace lost or damaged merchandise
as soon as we receive the
appropriate claim number from the shipping / courier company.
Note:
1) Please understand it is your responsibility to secure the package
when the driver delivers to your address. Loss after delivery is not
covered.
2) EuroSport Tuning is not responsible for packages after
we hand them to the
carrier for delivery to you. It is your responsibility to:
- inspect the package for damage before you accept delivery.
- secure the package when the driver delivers to your address.
PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot
be responsible for typographical errors.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
EuroSport Tuning ship by Purolator/Airborne, UPS or Priority
Mail. Unless otherwise specified by
you our valued customer, we will use our discretion in selecting the
carrier.
All orders are charged a base $10.00 USD shipping rate when you place
an order. Once we have received and processed your order, additional
shipping charges may apply which will be added on
your invoice. A copy will be e-mailed to you by EuroSport Tuning.
If you want to know what shipping cost beforehand ….. E-mail EuroSport
Tuning a list of the part(s) you will be purchasing and the address
they will be shipped to. We will be pleased to let you know the cost
of shipping.
PRIVACY STATMENT
EuroSport Tuning asks customers to supply various personal
data when placing an order such as your name, address and E-mail address.
This data is for the purpose of filling an order, or communicating with
you (our customer) or, our supplier regarding the status of an order.
Credit-card information is for order payment purposes only.
All customer information is strictly Private and Confidential.
Your personal data / information is not and will not be disclosed or
distributed to any individual(s) or, organization(s), unless required
by law.
EuroSport Tuning will not distribute customer information
to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than
what is required to perform our services. EuroSport Tuning is committed
